Description

Use steps and frequency of skin rejuvenation instrument:
1, Clean detoxification
Match: Makeup Remover + cotton pad
Use: Clean the garbage on the skin surface with makeup remover first, and then use it with instruments to deeply clean the dirt on the bottom layer of the skin.
After using the cleaning and detoxification function once (4 minutes), start cleaning with facial cleanser because the instrument removes the garbage at the bottom of the skin.
After export, we should use facial cleanser to clean the exported dirt, so that the skin can achieve a deep cleaning effect.

(Note: the instrument should not be used with facial cleanser, because the instrument is not waterproof. First use the instrument to clean with facial cleanser alone)
2, Photon Skincare (red light)
Match: mask
Use: After applying the mask, gently massage back and forth on the face with the instrument. The instrument can be used for 4-8 minutes (twice)

3, Firming lifting (blue light)
Match: Water (moisturizing water, Toner)/essence/lotion/cream
Use: Normal skin care after washing your face, usually the steps of water/essence/lotion/cream are used once, and the skin care products are applied to the muscles after wiping.Just move the skin. You can focus on areas with large pores, such as cheeks, around your nose, etc.

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE

To get the best price we ship majority of our item directly from manufacturer in China. For some product we may shipped from USA warehouse.  We do our best to shipped your order as fast as we can, however once we shipped the item we do not have control over the shipping/delivery company and also the customs and therefore we are not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information may not be in real time, and will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):

a) USA ~ 15 to 35 business days (tracking system available)

b) Rest of the world ~ 25 to 60 business days (tracking system available varies)

Delayed delivery – in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year’s end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (4-7 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-7 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time – in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, you will be given a 24 hours for instant order cancellation.  Please do drop us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.  After 24 hours any cancelation order must follow our return & exchange policy.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at [email protected] as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
